Dr. Michael J. Signorelli Chairman Dr. Michael J. Signorelli is the Chairman of First Rock Global Holdings , headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada. With 35 year s of background in the Hospitality, Gaming and Real Estate industry, his accomplishments have firmly established him as one the most sought-after executives in these industries. Dr. Signorelli has well established relationships with numerous top tier investment banks, hedge funds, and investment sources on Wall Street and in Europe. Through these relationships, he has successfully raised millions of dollars for private and public ventures , and is responsible for the launch of several Initial Public Offerings. He has successfully consulted to numerous global gaming companies , including the building of his own Hotel-Casino while serving as Chairman & CEO of his public company that traded on the NASDAQ Stock Exchange in 1997. Dr. Signorelli has also held numerous privileged licenses and a Non-Restricted Gaming License in the State of Nevada. Dr. Signorelli's experience in the hospitality field began early in his career while working with the Howard Hughes Corporation, consulting to eight of the company's hotel-casino holdings and corporate operations. In the late 1980s, Dr. Signorelli served as Chief Project Manager for the Fitzgeralds Group, an emerging Hotel-Casino company in Nevada with operations in both Reno and Las Vegas, where he consulted to all Hotel-Casino operations regarding strategic growth and real estate acquisitions. In 2001, he was a consultant to the Board of Directors of the Riviera Hotel & Casino - one of the last strategically located properties on the Las Vegas Strip.. Dr. Signorelli has held an Unlimited General Contractors License and has been personally responsible for acquiring large real estate parcels, master planning major hospitality projects, a nd supervising thousands of employees. Dr. Signorelli has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Rhode Island and a Master of Science and Doctorate Degrees from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas. Dr. Signorelli graduated with honors and as a Who's Who in American Universities. |
